Legal & Ethics
Refund Policy
• Eligibility: Refunds apply strictly to advance payments within the first 7 days of enrollment if a student is unsatisfied.
• Missed Classes: No refunds or deductions will be issued for classes missed by the student without prior notice.
• Batch Discontinuation: If a student leaves after classes have commenced, a pro-rated fee for the conducted sessions will be deducted to compensate the tutors who reserved their time.
• Processing Time: Approved refunds take 3–5 business days to process.
Terms & Conditions
• Classroom Conduct: Students must maintain strict discipline during live sessions and inside official Messenger group chats.
• Absence & Fee Liability: Monthly fees remain fully due if a student fails to attend classes despite reminders. Fee waivers only apply if a discontinuation is discussed and approved beforehand.
• Payment Deadline: Monthly tuition fees must be cleared by the 15th of each month.
• Suspension Policy: Elevare reserves the right to suspend class access and remove students from official groups for outstanding balances or code of conduct violations.
