1. Code of Conduct & Classroom Ethics

  • Discipline & Focus: Students must maintain strict focus, punctuality, and mutual respect during all live interactive sessions, discussions, and official class groups. Disruptive behavior results in immediate removal.
  • Proprietary Resource Protection: Study notes, worksheets, and class recordings are strictly licensed for enrolled students and must not be shared or redistributed outside official channels.
  • Attendance & Continuity: Monthly tuition fees remain due in full for missed sessions as tutors reserve their schedules. Any batch change, subject drop, or temporary pause requires prior administrative discussion.

2. Tuition Fee Deadlines & Access Policy

  • Monthly Due Date (15th): All monthly tuition fees must be cleared by the 15th of each current month to ensure uninterrupted access.
  • Access Suspension Policy (30th): If payment is not cleared by the 30th of the month, Elevare reserves the strict right to remove the student from official live class groups and suspend class recordings access until outstanding dues are settled.
  • Pro-Rated Advance Refund Policy: For advance payments, if deciding to leave a batch, we will only charge for the classes that took place while in the class group and refund the rest within 2–5 business days.
